Reflections after our work together
I am grateful to the people who once entrusted me with a part of their lives and allowed me to share their stories.
For me, these texts are more than testimonials about my work.
They are stories of human discoveries, changes and encounters with oneself.
Perhaps you will recognise something of your own experience in one of these stories.

Slovodara was my teacher at the School of Parenting Skills. I am grateful to the universe for bringing us together.
Slovodara is a wonderful person to talk to. She knows how to listen and truly hear. She is not afraid of meeting new people and quickly finds a common language with them.
Energetic and joyful, she always shares her good mood and positive energy with the person she is talking to. She is caring and grateful, and always ready to help when someone asks.
Often, we do not even know what we think until we say it to someone else. When we feel understood, we can move forward. Slovodara taught me this, and I am especially grateful to her for it.
Through my work with Slovodara, I also learned to find ways out of conflicts, solve problems and achieve my goals; I gained the inner strength to change myself and my life, improved my relationships with the people around me, and learned something very important: how to protect my time, resources and health.

Wonderful! Thank you, Slovodara, for such meaningful sessions, which helped me understand the causes of many difficulties in my relationships with my children and within my family.
Your professionalism and experience as a group facilitator encouraged me to reflect on how effective my relationships with my children really were.
The course gave me new understanding of how to move beyond stereotypical ideas about parenting, how to support a child in becoming a successful person, and how to fill the relationship with a child with unconditional love.
During the sessions, I learned many theoretical and practical psychological concepts that shed light on human behaviour from birth through adulthood.
The School of Parenting Skills is a unique opportunity to gain new perspectives on relationships within a family. The knowledge is useful not only for new parents, but also for parents of grown-up children who have themselves become parents.

Slovodara, dear! I took your Parenting course for more than six months. It was a time of wonderful, extremely useful and never-boring sessions.
It was easy and enjoyable to communicate with you, and I gained the experience of seeing interesting changes in the way I perceive the world.
I realised that anything is possible, that the strength is there — you just need to learn how to use it well.
Your energy is contagious and positive.
And now I am wondering: what else could we talk about?
Thank you, dear! I will definitely come back to you with something very personal.

Slovodara and I began working together in January 2019. I was looking for a psychologist for long-term therapeutic work.
I am a psychologist myself, so choosing a psychologist was a very careful process for me. I spent several months on it. I had my own questions and criteria… Let's just say I interviewed potential psychologists.
I liked Slovodara immediately, and we began working together.
I am still working with Slovodara today. Over this time, we have gone through all the stages of developing a client–therapist relationship.
I appreciate her gentle approach. She listens and hears, works non-directively and reflects.
I can say with certainty that our work together has had a very positive impact on me as a professional. I feel more confident with my own clients, have grown professionally, and have dared to do many things I would previously not only have been unable to do, but would never even have imagined doing.
I have recommended Slovodara to colleagues and friends, and they have thanked me for it. I recommend her to anyone who wants to develop and who feels drawn to a gentle approach, metaphors, fairy tales and meditation.
If you are ready to touch the depths of your soul, Slovodara can become a guide and companion in getting to know yourself, just as she became one for me.

While on maternity leave with two children and a husband, I realised at some point that I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
I understood that I needed psychological support because I was no longer managing on my own. Maternity leave, financial difficulties, problems in my relationship with my husband…
At first, I watched webinars and searched the internet for things to read. I would feel better for a while after getting new information, but then everyday life would take over again, along with emotional difficulties with my husband. Eventually I realised that what I really needed was live communication with a professional.
I had never sought this kind of help before, and neither had my friends, so I started looking for a specialist online. That is how I found Slovodara.
At first, I did not really understand how I could talk to a complete stranger about my problems. But once I started, everything simply began to flow.
Personal contact is very important. It also matters that the person listening to you does not automatically take your side or your husband's side, but can look at the situation impartially.
Slovodara showed me what to do when my nerves were at their limit and gave me techniques that helped me express my emotions without keeping everything inside and without hurting the people around me.
In short, I left her office absolutely delighted!
The stone that had been sitting somewhere in my chest seemed to disappear. There was suddenly more lightness, and my mood lifted. I still remember that feeling.
I have seen Slovodara many times. I do not know how other professionals work in this field, but she is the person I want to keep seeing. I do not even look for anyone else.
Because when you feel positive, at peace and calm, when you know how to handle your feelings and understand what you can do to change a situation for the benefit of yourself and the people close to you, the people around you feel it too.

Slovodara managed to bring more positivity into my life and give me a significant sense of inner freedom through tactful, trusting and safe communication.
She helped me discover new resources through a deeper connection with my family roots and distant ancestors, and through a genuinely kind understanding of the situation of my very elderly parents.
I found a way to prepare for an independent future without resentment or grievances, and to experience joy in the present without being held back by fears of an unknown future.
The list of what I learned about psychology over almost a year is extensive and would look like the table of contents of a psychological tome. I can mention only a few things: I became aware of my codependent relationship with my parents and began working to change it; I shifted from a critical attitude towards ageing to a more positive one, because during the sessions I discovered so many new and joyful possibilities.
The affirmations and meditations led by Slovodara gave me a completely new experience of self-knowledge and discovering new possibilities. Before the sessions, I had been completely sceptical about this approach.
Thanks to my work with Slovodara, I am now more open to the world. I have genuinely begun to get to know myself and find greater harmony, let go of many fears and limiting beliefs, understand the real motives of my family and loved ones better, and find kindred people who share my outlook.
My optimism and joy in life have returned.
With her extensive knowledge of psychology, Slovodara creates a light, trusting atmosphere where a person does not feel burdened, but inspired to find constructive solutions.
I always leave our sessions feeling energised, having learned something new and experiencing a sense of uplift.
