Group Project "Living with Feelings"
Our feelings guide our lives more than logic does.
Yet we do not always notice what is happening inside us.
And even when we do notice, we may not know what to do with it.
In this group programme, we learn to recognise our feelings in time, understand what has triggered them, and express them clearly and with care for ourselves and others.
This is not about having the “right” emotions.
It is about the possibility of living with awareness of what we feel — with greater clarity, freedom and a living connection with ourselves and the world.
Parent Group
When a child is born, it is not only a new person who comes into the world.
A new family is born.
Roles, habits, relationships and expectations change. And almost no one goes through this transition without questions and difficulties.
This group is a space where you can calmly explore what is happening, better understand yourself as a parent, and together look for ways of relating that fit your family.
There are no universal recipes.
But you can gradually create a relationship culture that is alive and meaningful for your family.
How we work
We talk, do exercises, explore real-life situations and learn to notice what is happening within us when we are in contact with other people.
Every participant comes with their own story.
And very often, hearing other people's stories makes it easier to understand our own.
Over time, the group can become a space of trust where new ways of communicating, new meanings and sometimes relationships emerge — relationships that continue long after the programme has ended.

Group Work
We need others to reflect ourselves in them and see ourselves from different perspectives.
That is why a group can become a living space where we notice things that tend to slip past us in the busyness of everyday life.
Here, there is no need to hurry.
There is time to pause, listen to yourself, understand what has happened in the space between you and other people, and try new ways of relating.
Gradually, more care, awareness and freedom can emerge in the way you express yourself in relationships.
And you may discover that many things become possible without fighting against yourself.
