I am deeply inspired by the possibility of looking at the world through different lenses. And that is exactly why I believe it is worth learning about different fields of knowledge and never stopping asking questions.

My approach
A person and a life are too complex to be explained by a single theory or a single diagnosis.
That is why I treat any conclusions as hypotheses rather than final truths.
It is important to me to remain curious, to explore what is happening in a person's life together with them and, gradually, to find an understanding that can become a source of support specifically for them.
I am inspired not only by psychology, but also by other fields of knowledge. I am interested in observing how different sciences can help us understand people, relationships and life more deeply.
And ultimately, I believe the purpose of our meetings is to help you feel that there is more room for you within your own life.
